Shipping & Returns
This policy explains how Barklin handles shipping, returns, and exchanges. Please review carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipment & Order Processing
All products are made to order. Crafting begins after order confirmation.
- Crafting & quality check: usually 3–5 business days (peak periods may add 1–2 days).
- Dispatch: usually within 2 business days after QC.
- Total lead time: typically 7–14 business days from order confirmation (crafting + transit).
2. Shipping Costs
Barklin ships across the European Union with flat-rate fees. Countries are grouped into zones:

| Zone C | Sweden, Finland | €10.90 home / no pickup |
Free shipping is available exclusively to members of the Companions Collective for orders over €79. Membership is free, flexible, and can be cancelled anytime.
Note: Cyprus, Greece, Malta, and Portugal are currently excluded from shipping.
3. Delivery Times
- Zone A: approx. 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Zone B: approx. 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Zone C: approx. 4–6 working days after dispatch.
We also deliver to pickup points. Select Pickup at checkout – the eco-conscious and cheaper option.
4. Returns
You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in original condition, unworn, and with labels attached.
Who pays for the return?
- Outbound shipping (to you) is always covered by Barklin.
- Return shipping is covered by the customer.
- You may use your own courier, or request a Barklin return label at courier price (Zone A: €7–9, Zone B: €9–12, Zone C: €11–14). This is offered during the return process.
- Companions Collective members may redeem Wardrobe Points for a free return label.
How to get a return label?
Contact support at support@barklin.com with your order number. We will send instructions and, if requested, a return label (cost deducted from refund). You may also arrange your own courier. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
5. Exchanges
For a different size or colour, please place a new order in the online shop. This ensures faster processing and availability.
6. Personalised Products
Personalised items (e.g. engraved tags, embroidered bandanas) and opened food/treat products are excluded from return for hygiene reasons.
